Murmuration

A flock of particles that gathers into an object, here a race car. I came up with shaping objects out of the flock for customer stories and storyboarded how each one forms, from a loose scatter to a held shape.

The flow

A working version of the homepage hero, built before it had its particle flow: the brand colors moving as one current behind the headline, with sliders for speed, spread and depth so it could be art-directed live. That build became the starting point for what’s on freshworks.com.

Dublin Cyclery

A new site for a bike shop that’s been on Dublin Blvd since 1965. The showroom is sorted by how you ride, booking a repair is always one tap away, and the shop’s history gets its own page.

How I work

Four habits
01

Research

Session replays, scroll depth, usability tests. Finding where people drop off, not where we assume they do.

02

Framing

Deciding which problem is actually worth solving before drawing anything.

03

Systems

Semantic tokens, component libraries, and specs engineers can build from without a meeting.

04

Craft

QA on spacing, behavior, and accessibility until what ships matches what was designed.

I’ve spent the last few years on enterprise products. At CGI that was the AT&T Business design system and buy flow, then Brightspeed’s design system and business site. At Progress Residential, the applicant flow. Now I’m on contract at Freshworks, on the Web Experience team behind freshworks.com.
